We take robust measures to ensure that the wellbeing of our guests and employees is paramount during the global outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19).  Our luxury Riverside apartments are the perfect place for your business and leisure* needs:

  • All payments are online
  • All apartments are fitted with smartlocks which means there is no need for a meet and greet, we send all check in information and codes in advance of your stay
  • Two of our four apartments have their own private entrances so if you are staying in Kingfisher or Toll House or Meadow View or The Annexe you will be completely isolated from any other guests, Lily Pad and Willow share an entrance from the street but once through the hallway you have private access to the apartments.
  • We have enhanced all of our cleaning procedures and have checks in place prior to guest arrival to meet our thorough standards.
  • Our cleaning team uses recommended protective equipment and high-grade disinfectant products proven to be effective against Coronavirus

Maintaining a physical distance from others is essential to help stop the spread of the virus.  We would ask that you please use common sense and be responsible for your own physical distancing during your stay when moving around any common areas between Lily Pad and Willow for the wellbeing of all guests.  If any guests have any Coronavirus symptoms (high temperature, new continuous cough, loss/change to sense of smell and taste) prior to arrival or during their stay they should notify us immediately and follow government guidelines in isolating/reporting symptoms/getting a test.

Cancellations

We understand booking right now may feel uncertain so we would like to give you peace of mind when you do.  You will be able to cancel your booking without a cancellation fee up to 5 days prior to your arrival if the reason is COVID related
